Our Fees

Our fees written on note, pinned to a board

Our current fees, which we review annually, are as shown below. Once counselling has started, we would give at least three months’ notice of any intended increase.

Discounts and concessions

We endeavour to make counselling accessible to all, so offer reduced rates according to need and availability. If you need a concessionary rate, please tell us when you book as we might not be able to offer a reduced fee if we fill all the concessionary places.

We offer a discount of 5% on prepaid bookings of 6 sessions and 10% on prepaid bookings of 12 sessions. If you block-book then change your mind, we would issue a refund according to the number of sessions attended.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Please note that bookings cancelled with less than 48-hours notice are charged for as though you had attended. Full details are in our cancellation and refunds policy.

Changes in circumstances

We recognise that people’s circumstances can change suddenly. If your circumstances change after you have started your counselling and you either become able to pay a larger amount or are finding it difficult to meet the agreed fee, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your changed circumstances.

Travelling expenses

Where we have agreed to provide services at a location other than our offices, we reserve the right to charge travelling time at our minimum individual therapy rate.

How to pay

While we prefer payment by bank transfer, we can also take payment by cash, credit or debit card. We accept all major cards and there is no transaction fee.  We can invoice established organisations.
